The idea
Plum Atlas maps the games worth your time. Once a year we publish a single ranked index for players in Canada, with the reasoning behind every place on it and a direct route to each game’s official home.
The desk
A small group of players who have spent years reviewing, streaming, organising local game nights and simply playing far too much. Every game in the index is played by at least one of us, and every file is written after playing.
The reader panel
Each year we run an open questionnaire for readers: what did you play most, what did you finish, what did you drop and why. The answers shape our longlist and challenge our own taste. The panel informs the desk; it does not replace playing.
What we will never do
We do not sell games, host downloads, run accounts or take payments. We publish no advertising, sponsored places or affiliate offers, and no studio, publisher or platform can pay for a rank.
Conflicts of interest
If a desk member has a personal or professional link to a game, they sit out that game’s scoring and we say so. We accept no gifts in exchange for coverage.
Written for Canadian players
Plain language, no pop-ups, no autoplay, no tracking. The index is made to be read in a few minutes and used for a whole season.
